First Build guidence

Hi everyone,

This is my first custom build PC I'm looking to game at 4k with decent framerates and I also do a lot of work in very high res photo's & Videos. I currently have an NAS storage system for data protection and performance, so HDD's and SSD are purely for operating system, applications and games.

I have a budget of about £1800 (I realise that's not massive for a 4k system) so please if you can think of a better or more balanced build that would give similar results then please let me know.

I wouldn't reccomend a 4K system at that budget, you're looking at SLI GTX 980's for decent performance but if you still want to go ahead this would be more balanced:
