Zalman Z11 Front Fan Not Working, But LEDS Do??

Had my new computer almost 2 months now, and always assumed the front fan was working as the LED lights were on, but looked yesterday, and the fan isn't running at all. The other blue LED fan on top works fine, but why isn't the front one working? Surely if the blue lights were on, the fan should be powering up too? I've had a look at the fan lead, there is only one, and plugged into a connector then into the main PSU. Really stumped!!

Is there a switch in the case?

Not that I can see :/ all it has is a 4-pin molex connector, which goes into a female with others and a main lead that goes into the PSU for the power.

I mean the LED lights are on, so it should be working as there is power.

Can't try anything yet as I think my PSU has fried or something, awaiting a new one to see if it is that. But would I be right in thinking that the fan would work if I connect it with an extending 'molex to cha fan' male pins on the Motherboard? I have a Sabretooth 990rx and think I have found two near the graphics card. Can't post pics on here, would be easier!
