Really? are you kidding me? Can you guys tell me if this is normal? while the 7 days dispatch is at 53% within the timescale. I have the feeling that I am not going to get the laptop, its just so far away from me thats what I am feeling now. It's making me don't feel comfortable with this. I hope it will change to in-building on today but that is just what I was hoping on the past few days.


Can you guys tell me some facts that can boost my confidence please?! pleas!!!!:(:(:dots::hang:

The times are only estimated and are always changing. Give them a call and they can give you an idea on how long it'll take.

It could be caused by a missing part etc. But we can only guess, just give them a call when they're open :)

If you have issues with the waiting time you should contact PCS directly. My first order took around 20 working days and for the next 3 orders I decided to use fast track to avoid the waiting. If you are discussing the same issue it would be better to stick to one thread.

I ordered my laptop around this time last year, and I believe it's a busy time for PCS. As said, the quoted wait times are just estimates.

My laptop Has been dispatched today For Saturday Delivery. I ordered mine on 1st of April so this is the 12th working day. It was still in pre-production up until 2 days ago. I contacted pc specialist, they claimed that a surge in orders and moving to a new premises has caused the delay. I understand how you feel though I was getting a bit frustrated at seeming to be in 'pre-production' purgatory.
