Hi

I'm pretty new to the whole of gaming pc so everything's a bit confusing for me. I like to game on pc but my old pc is hardly a gaming pc and it's near the end of its life.

So I recently saw this vid: https://youtu.be/7WQxr59KRto and I'm tempted to build my own pc, but the task seems taunting; i have no building computer experience. This costs up around £433.51 (+£99 because I'll have to buy windows os later on)

The alternative is to input as similar as I can components to PcSpecialist and see how much it'll cost me:

What do you guys think? Build it myself, or just pay the extra £100?

The forum belongs to PCS who sells desktops or laptops so no one here will advice you to self build. I am surprised that there is a £100 price difference, are you sure you are comparing like for like? You can get problems when building your own computer and you won't get any technical support either

ahh I'm sorry, I didn't realise.

Could I have some advice on the current setup? I'm primarily going to use it for light office and gaming, stuff like shadow of mordor.
