1st time gaming pc

Hi all, I'm looking for a either a mini PC or all in one PC that's sutible for high end games and running GameCube plus ps2 emulator to play all my old games that I legally own.

Also I would like it to have a nvidia gtx gpu to gamestream to my nvidia shield tablet.

This will be my 1st real PC I've ever owend (I've had cheap laptops in the past) and not really sure what setup to buy I want to keep everything fairly cheap around 1100 maximum including monitor (bigger the better) keyboard and mouse and all leads etc.

I want it to look small neat and tidy without any glowing neon lights etc, kind of like a iMac style.

What would everyone recomend as I'm pretty clueless to it all.
