Installing Windows 7 again on different hard drive

Hope someone can answer this. I had windows 7 32 bit installed on a old PC that I'm no longer using, which I purchased from an on-line site and verified using the keys that come with it, and the hard drive on that PC has now been removed and destroyed. I installed this same Windows 32 bit version on the new machine I bought also. I now have Windows 7 64 bit installed on my new PC overriding the 32bit version. If a new hard drive is put into my old PC which currently does not have one in it, can the CD version of Windows 7 32 bit that I still have be installed on that hard drive and be activated.

Thank you

Yes it can. Changing the hard disk does not invalidate the OEM license (changing the motherboard might though) so you can reinstall Windows 7 32-bit using the original OEM key. Of course, if your Windows 7 32-bit version is a retail copy (i.e. bought separately) then you can install it on any computer (but only one at a time).
