The OP's not asking to buy a PC - they're just asking for tech support and I think that's ok (certainly no one has told me otherwise)

Hi yeah i do AVG it doent say what program it is

I'd scan your entire PC for virus.

Is the pop up an AVG pop up or is it just 'random'

Use malwarebytes it seems more malware like then virus, that should clean it up. Malwarebytes isn't an anti-virus so it's safe to run it while you have AVG installed.

But be sure to uncheck the box asking if you want to install a trial version of Malwarebytes Pro. That will give you problems if you have AVG.
