Loud Rattling Noise from Liquid Cooler - Help Needed

Hello i've had my PC from PCSpecialists for just over a year, but a few days after receiving it after a few hours or so my Corsair H55 Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler would start making a very loud ticking/rattling sound.
The noise comes from the area where it connects to the cpu on the motherboard, if that makes sense.

I don't know why it makes that sound and how it can be fixed.

I have a video here that i uploaded so you can hear it and see the section that i'm talking about. Could anyone help me and tell me whats going on here?

Pump rattle. Place comp on its side to see if that lessens it. Could be air trapped so give it a long run on its side to see if it clears. If it still makes a noise once upright contact PCS CS and/or Corsair for further invest or RMA of the H55.

Thanks for that, i will be sending my PC back to get it sorted because i don't know how to do any of this stuff.

The problem is however, is this likely to keep happening in the future?
As the problem started to occur shortly after getting my PC and now it's only 1 year old.

If this is a common problem with these liquid coolers then i would rather get it taken off for something for else as it'll end up being too much hassle in the long run to keep having to fix it.

What do you think?

Pump rattle is not all that common, only had a refurbished H80 do it, I have had a fair number of H55s and all have been solid, from cooling GPUs and CPUs. Have one fitted to my Linux and one to my gaming rig (H55) atm cooling my CPUs.

Air coolers are more reliable as less to go wrong imo, and can be quieter.

Alright, i guess i'll just get them to sort this out for now and if the problem happens again i'll just need an air cooler replaced with it then.

Cheers for the info.
