HI, I'm looking to see if this build will be able to run recent games on medium settings. I have a budget of around £600 and appreciate any advice and improvements that can be suggested.

You may want to get a better case, the one you selected is not suitable for a gaming rig due to limited cooling provided

I wouldn't run that CPU with a stock cooler, it'll get very hot. Even an Intel i5 would get hot with a stock cooler when gaming.
