Blue screen

Im at the end of my tether I have tried everything nothing works. I recently bought a HP Laptop with Windows 8.1 and it constantly gives me an error blue screen and goes off. Any help anywhere would be seriously appreciated.

Factory restore and if it doesn't work you should contact the retailer.

yes, steps on how to do it should be provided with the instructions manual.
