Versatile PC for £850

I have about £850 to spend which could possibly be increased to ~£900 if something is worth paying extra for.

The PC will primarily be for Web Development and Graphic design so I'll always be running Photoshop and Illustrator etc which as far as I'm aware is very RAM intensive. I'd also want to use it for video editing and gaming occasionally.

I've looked at a couple of desktops such as the XPS 8700 but I'm guessing building a PC would get me much more for my money.

If anyone could help me with a build that would be great.

If you're not playing demanding games... What Keynes said ^

Looks great thanks :). How much more would it cost me if I did want to play some slightly more demanding games? The above is £854 but I could possibly go up to £900-950 if it's worth it in the long run.

Upgrade to the gtx 970

Again, what Keynes said. The 970 is an excellent 1080p graphics card, you can check benchmarks online but you should generally expect to nearly max out most games at 60fps.
