No need for Titan x when a gtx 980 ti offers similar performance for less, same with the expensive and unnecessary motherboard

Getting a new gaming PC

So, i'm getting my first gaming PC.
I'm looking for something I can play hardcore 4K gaming on, and want it to keep up to date with the latest PC upgrades, for the next 3-4 years or so.

I'm hoping that some of you can help me with putting together this rig, i'm not exactly what you can call familiar with the PC market.
I currently have a budget of about 2,000£-3,000£, maybe I can move it up to 3,500£.

I really hope you can help me :)

You could stick to your original thread. I wouldn't recommend spending more than £2500, i7 + 2 x GTX 980 ti

Do you have a budget and what will the PC be used for. If you have an SSD main drive you can save money on a 7200rpm HDD for the second/storage drive, they are very good and a bit cheaper.

Right now budget is not a problem. i'm just looking for someone who can just look over the build.
And I don't have a SSD main drive from before.
Do you think you can help me with the motherboard?

Plzz, help meeh!

Right now i'm in a bit of a struggle. There's two main parts that I just can't decide what to do with (GPU). I'm wondering what is the best 980 Ti out there. I know there is the EVGA Kingpin, but I can't find a someone who ships it to Scandinavia (where I live). So now i'm looking for something else. So yeah, do you know the best 980 ti. Right now price isn't a problem. + I'm going to run a 2-way SLI GPU.

Here is what i'm planning for my build to be:

CPU Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0 GHz Quad-Core Processor (I'm going to pre-order, not done it yet)

CPU Cooler Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX

Motherboard ASUS*Rampage V Extreme/U3.1

Memory (RAM) Kingston HyperX FURY Black 16GB Kit (2x8GB)

Storage Kingston HyperX Savage 480GB SSD SATA 3 2.5
Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB SSD SATA 3 2.5
Seagate 3TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 3.5"

Graphics Card That's what i'm wondering about :)

Optical Drive LG WH16NS40 14X Blu-ray CD DVD

Power Supply Corsair RM Series 850 Watt

Case NZXT Phantom 820 Full Tower Matte Black
