Hi guys I was thinking of upgrading my PC from 4 year old gaming PC to a better workstation that I need to work on. Mainly I work on Adobe products (Premiere, Photoshop and Aftereffects) and also Corel and other graphic/video software. The configuration I went is the one below.

ATX Midi Tower Case Matrix MX-04 w/ 700W PSU Black
CPU AMD FX-8350 4GHz Eight-Core 8MB AM3+ BOX (planning to overclock it to 5Ghz)
DIMM 8GB DDR3 2400MHz Kingston HyperX XMP Beast CL11 x2 16GB total
MB Gigabyte 970A-DS3P AM3+ DDR3 2000MHz SATA3 USB3.0 Ultra Durable 4
NVidia Quadro Graphic Card K620 2GB DVI-I, DP
HDD 3.5" 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA3 Green 7200RPM 64MB Cache
SSD 2.5" Kingston HyperX Fury Series 120GB

Price in my country is ~650$.

So please, the PC freaks to let me know what do you think of this config, is it worth, what can I change for the value for money since I'm tight on the budget.
And also will 2400Mhz even work on a 2000Mhz board, and the case already has a 700w PSU will I need higher wattage or it will do. I chose AMD over Intel since I don't like Intel's powersaving by using only one core, while AMD uses all of them at all times and its price is lower also. Any suggestion will greatly help.
Thank you in advance.

For the products you mentioned you'd be better off with a regular computer as QUADRO gfx cards are really expensive. An i5 or i7 would benefit you so much more
