This is my second computer from pcspecialist, and their service is even better than ever. This company sets the benchmark for customer service, and the machine is impressive (an i5 AIO with touch screen), save for the graphics card, but I bought this as a home pc for the family and not for gaming, for which I no longer have time :-( Might be helpful to point out that these AIOs don't allow for high end graphics cards. But I LOVE the single cable (wireless mouse and keyboard) and the touch screen is just laugh out loud cool (and windows 10 makes sense with it too). A very sexy piece of hardware, and under the hood will do me well for the next 4-5 years:

Chassis & Display Maestro: 23.6" 10 Point Multi-Touch Screen (1920x 1080)
Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-6500 (3.2GHz) 6MB Cache
Motherboard ASUS® H110-T: (Mini-ITX, DDR4, USB 3.0, 6Gb/s)
Memory (RAM) 16GB HyperX IMPACT 2133MHz SODIMM DDR4 (2 x 8GB)
Graphics Card Intel® HD Graphics 530 Video Memory Technology up to 64GB
1st Hard Disk 2TB SEAGATE 3.5" SSHD, SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM (64MB + 8GB SSD CACHE)
1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive 6x BLURAY ROM, 8x DVD ±R/±RW & CYBERLINK SOFTWARE

From upfront sales support and advice, through to the clear communication of the build and delivery process and timelines, through to after-sales support, this company gets it right. A solid customer experience from one of the few companies out there that genuinely understands the importance of a quality customer experience. I will be back for a third computer in the future.
