I ordered the above laptop in January 2017. I wanted a laptop with a good graphics card as I do a lot of home video editing. I decided to order a 1TB hard drive and a 256GB SSD drive for quick startup and fast access to the programs I use the most. This was the first time I have used PC Specialist and I can honestly say that the whole process from start to finish has been excellent. Especially good: the price of the laptop, compared to similar spec from 'brand names'/the ability to adjust features to suit my requirements/the way I was kept informed of the progress of the build throughout the process/the ability to change delivery date and then, on the day, be given a one hour time slot and the ability to track the courier on a map. And last, but most important, the quality of the laptop. I love the look of the laptop, it has a responsive keyboard, was very easy to set up and it starts up in seconds. Everything I have used so far has worked very well. I will definitely use PC Specialist again and recommend them to my friends.
