Inwin bm643

Hello.
I am looking to purchase a media pc which will need to fit into limited space. The only cases that will work are the un-named performance mini PC case and the Inwin BM643 if they laid down horizontally or the NUC. The NUC I have heard can be noisey and is more expensive.
Will either of the other cases work horizontally? and is one quieter than the other?
Also I assume the noctua cpu cooler will be quieter than the standard?

The unnamed performance mini PC case is the Inwin BQ660 and as you may have seen is designed such that it could be mounted to the back of a PC monitor with VESA.

I believe they can both be used horizontally, though if you mounted the BQ660 to the back of the screen it would have even less footprint.

The BQ660 I believe has an external PSU such as you would find with a laptop, while the BM643 appears to have an internal PSU that does have a small fan. So the BQ's PSu should be silent while the BM's would make at least a tiny bit of noise, though isn't likely to be particularly loud in the context of general ambient noise. I believe the BM643 also has a small top fan, which would also make at least a tiny bit of noise.

I believe the BQ660 has a mesh side panel, which I guess means the CPU cooler's noise would be a bit less dampened than with the BM, but if it's mounted to the back of the monitor and doesn't have a PSU inside the box generating heat, and has pretty free access to fresh air due to the mesh side panel, it shouldn't be too loud. I think they'll both be pretty quiet.

It's a bit smaller than the BM apparently:
BQ660: 76mm x 220mm x 225mm
BM643: 230mm x 264mm x 112mm

Also I assume the noctua cpu cooler will be quieter than the standard?
