I'm not familiar with it and can't find any benchmarks online having had a quick look.

In general, video rendering/exporting can benefit a lot from multiple cores. Cyberlink do talk about it using upto 6 cores and benefitting from hyperthreading: https://www.cyberlink.com/stat/technology/enu/new/tech_acceleration.jsp
However that page looks quite old so it's not clear whether it can benefit from more and how it behaves with AMD Ryzen's multicore CPUs. You could consider an AMD Ryzen build or an Intel Skylake-X (X299) build for more cores.

I would avoid the WD Blue SSD as it's slower than decent Sata III SSDs and uses up an M.2 slot. The PM961 would be a much better buy.

You could consider faster RAM for the relatively modest cost.

Personally I would avoid the Sharkoon case as it only has 2 fan spots and the front one is apparently somewhat obstructed by the front HDD cages. So if you want more airflow e.g. to cool your GPU and keep boost clocks up and noise down, you'd be out of luck. The Game Max Falcon has more cooling options, is a similar price, and has RGB LED fans.
