I've had my laptop for almost two weeks now and it's performing very well. As a Graphic/Website Designer it's important that i have a device which is capable or running all the software needed while being able to transport it to different places whether it be a work enviroment or to meet with clients. In addition, the laptop has also being used to do some gaming and it has coped well with that too. In terms of a laptop it does everything that I require and with relative ease. From the order being placed I was really impressed with PC Specialist and having used them before felt more then confident that they would deliver a good, solid and strudy machine. They've done that once again. The chassis is something that i was up in the air about but in the flesh it looks much better and the pictures on the site don't really do it justice.

I wanted to build custom laptop to that of a higher specification, so below shows the changes to the configuration i made.

17.3" Matte Full HD IPS LED Widescreen (1920x1080)
Intel® Core™ i7 Quad Core Processor 7700HQ (2.8GHz, 3.8GHz Turbo)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE 2400MHz SODIMM DDR4 (2 x 16GB)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti - 4.0GB GDDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1
2TB SLIM SERIAL ATA III 2.5" HARD DRIVE WITH 128MB CACHE (5,400rpm)
500GB SAMSUNG 960 EVO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3200MB/R, 1900MB/W)

As for disadvantages or issues I have had they've been minimal. The laptop can be quite loud at times especially when running software such as the Adobe Creative Suite. The keyboard seems quite flimsy especally in the middle which is a little bit of shame. But all in all it's a good laptop and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend PC Specialist to anyone, the quality, range and high spec products on offer is brillant. I'm sure that i will be using PC Specialist in the future too.
