Mobile workhorse needed. UltraNote 5? Coffee Lake?

Hi Guys,
5 years have passed since I was here last time. I am still enjoying my Vortex III. Currently plugged into 2 Dells U2412H. Giving it a nice clean every half a year keeps it alive.

Recently I've been thinking about getting a mobile laptop to use mainly for:
- spreadsheets,
- programming,
- memory intensive websites (think cloud bookkeeping QuickBooks/SageOne/Xero),
- and a little bit of Photoshop/Lightroom.

I really like performance/price ratio of the current Ultranote IV & the set-up I come up with is pretty basic but should last for 2-3 years:

Chassis & DisplayUltraNote: 14" Matte Full HD IPS LED Backlit Widescreen (1920x1080)
Processor (CPU)Intel® Core™ i5 Dual Core Processor i5-7200U (2.50GHz, 3.1GHz Turbo)
Memory (RAM)16GB Corsair 2133MHz SODIMM DDR4 (1 x 16GB)
Graphics CardINTEL® HD GRAPHICS 620 - 1.7GB Max DDR4 Video RAM - DirectX® 12
1st Hard Disk120GB KINGSTON V300 2.5" SSD, SATA 6 Gb (450MB/R, 450MB/W)
No Windows.

The above goes for £559 Inc. VAT
I will add another SSD once I get it.
+ I can always add another 16GB RAM later if needed.

My concerns are:
1. UltraNote 4 has been out for a while. Coffee Lake is out on 21/08/17 (4 days from now). Does anyone know when is the new chassis / Ultranote V coming up?
2. Is the keyboard any better than the o ne found in Vortex 3? There was a big thing about keys not working properly. I had a replacement sent at the time. Even on the replacement the number "3" on the numpad doesn't work as it should.
