How good are mini PCs for emulation purposes up to Dreamcast?
NullDC is the highest end emulator I have an interest in. Here are the specs reccomended not for minimum performance, but for excellent performance.
NullDC works with Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2000, but is also fine with WINE. If I got a Mini PC from Amazon or a similar website, would it play the games adequately?
I admit I'm not an expert but it sees to me the cheapest way is to buy a Mini PC withot an OS, then buy a mouse, keyboard and one of those SNES pads that use USB. The daunting part is installing WINE. Or alternatively try some budget laptop?
