New Defiance XS

I have had my all new Defiance XS for about a week now and i am very pleased with the purchase. With a 7th Gen i7 CPU and a GTX 1070 max-q it is a mobile powerhouse that I have used for productivity and Gaming and no problems at all.
Pros: Everything, including the great long travel RGB keyboard and the UNRIVALED port selection and it't only 18.6 mm thick!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAPTOP.

Cons: There is no light to show num or caps lock
: In order to change RGB colours you have to download the compatible control center form Clevo's website but that's relitivley straight forward.

Sounds good How are you finding the temps under load? For the CPU and GPU.

not bad at all even after long sessions of R6 Seige it will get pretty warm but nothing unexpected from a laptop this thin, no thermal throttling even after a slight overclock.
HOWEVER, i think there is a dodgy connection to the laptop screen and i sometimes experience flickering and this is very anoying but it it is insured and under warranty so hopefully I can work something out with PCS
will let you know how i get on.

Could you tell me please how much does it weight in total, since I am interested in buying the same, but I am considered about how heavy it will end up. Thank you very much!

Nice review, thanks for sharing. I'm also considering purchasing this laptop myself, but seen a review about it getting really hot and noisy, would you say this was always the case? I dont mind noise when i'm gaming as I suppose this is to be expected of a laptop. When watching videos/films online how noisy are the fans, also how good are the built in speakers? My current laptop which i bought 5 years ago from pc specialist has very disapointing built in speakers The sound quality on netflix sometimes doesnt help but with loud fans even on 100% volume I often struggle to hear, I'm hoping the defiance ain't like this too
