Gt GTX 1080 and the cheap monitor above aren't really an ideal match - the GTX 1080 is overkill. A higher refresh rate monitor like the AOC G2460PF (144hz) will at least let you get more out of your expensive GPU.

I'd suggest a slightly better wifi card for the 5GHz band.

The peripherals you picked game to £153. However, there's an Asus bundle for £89 with a similar offering.
Mouse pad's a smidge larger (400x300x4 vs 360x300x2).

I'd suggest faster RAM as it can have some very nice benefits in some titles.

A much faster M.2 NVMe SSD e.g. PM961 can be had for not much more £ from the M.2 SSD Drive menu.

There's arguably not much point to an expensive SSHD as a secondary drive if Windows + favourite games live on the SSD anyway

A 550W PSU is ~£5 more and could give more upgrade options in the future.

Personally I wouldn't go with the Thermaltake V27 as I've seen some reviews where it really didn't do so well for cooling, but maybe stuffed full of extra fans as above it will be alright.
