If you shoip around, especially in Black Friday week, you can get 24" 1080p monitors for ~£80, and maybe get a deal on some keyboards and mice. You don't have to buy those from here, so have a look elsewhere for your peripherals.

And remember to use the black Friday promo code on this site if you order.

The Geforce 730 is barely better than the onboard graphics provided by the CPU. For gaming the absolute lowest you'd want would be the GT 1030 and that would fail to run some titles from 2015 at 1080p with playable FPS. Realistically the GTX 1050 is an entry-level gaming GPU.

The GTX 1060 is far more powerful, and will last you a lot longer before you want to replace it for more performance. The graphics card is the part most responsible for gaming performance.

While you ideally want a good CPU to allow for future upgrades, with your budget you basically can't afford one. The i5 7400 is a much better CPU than the G4560 in the spec I posted. But that doesn't matter because it leaves you unable to afford a decent GPU.

Also, by the time you want to upgrade your graphics card to something better than a GTX 1060 3gb, both the i5 7400 and G4560 will be a bottleneck to your GPU upgrade, anyway. The Pentium would be a worse bottleneck, but you'll probably want to replace the CPU whichever one you buy now. So there's really no point buying the 7400.

I think the cheap pentium and cheap H110M-R plus a GTX 1060 is the only real way forward with your budget.
