Hi, I purchased a 15.6" Ultranote laptop back in October 2014 (Order number 725859). The machine is still working very well and is fast and reliable with one exception: The Battery pack no longer works. So the laptop has to be connected to the mains adapter and will not run at all on battery power. Is it still possible to get a replacement battery unit for this machine?

If you log into your main PCS site and go to the upgrades section, it will list all the available upgrades still in stock. There’s still stock for my chassis bought in 2014.
