Is this the best video editing spec for £3000?

I'm building a new professional video editing PC to handle 4k footage and after a couple of weeks collecting great advice from this forum, the Adobe forums and a US-based specialist PC builder I've arrived at this spec:

Case
CORSAIR CARBIDE SERIES™ AIR 540 GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i9 10 Core Processor i9-7900X (3.3GHz) 13.75MB Cache - tests suggest there is no significant benefit to having more than ten cores, considering the cost increases
Motherboard
Gigabyte X299 UD4: ATX, USB 3.1, SATA 6 GB/s
Memory (RAM)
64GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2666MHz (4 x 16GB)
Graphics Card
11GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1080 Ti - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce - GTX VR Ready!
1st Hard Disk
250GB Samsung 850 2.5" EVO SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 540MB/sR | 520MB/sW) - for media cache and scratch disk
2nd Hard Disk
4TB WD BLACK 3.5" WD4004FZWX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm) - archive for video files from non-active projects
1st M.2 SSD Drive
256GB SAMSUNG PM961 M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 2800MB/R, 1100MB/W) - for Win10 and Adobe CC programs
2nd M.2 SSD Drive
500GB SAMSUNG 960 EVO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3200MB/R, 1900MB/W) - for Premiere Pro project files and video source files
DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
16x BLU-RAY WRITER DRIVE, 16x DVD ±R/±RW & SOFTWARE
Power Supply
CORSAIR 750W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET
Power Cable
1 x 1 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead)
Processor Cooling
Corsair H80i V2 Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler
Thermal Paste
EK-TIM ECTOTHERM THERMAL COMPOUND
LED Lighting
50cm Blue LED Strip
Sound Card
ONBOARD 8 CHANNEL (7.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Wireless/Wired Networking
10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT (Wi-Fi NOT INCLUDED)
USB Options
MIN. 2 x USB 3.0 & 6 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL + MIN. 2 FRONT PORTS
Operating System
Genuine Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit - inc. Single Licence

I will be using a Wacom graphics pad, an Editors Keys Premiere Pro keyboard and a BenQ PD3200U 4k monitor.

My budget for the computer itself is £3000 and because it's a business purchase I will claim back VAT. So this configuration squeezes in.

Can anybody improve on it? Have I missed anything?

You could save a few quid by going with a 4TB Seagate Barracuda drive. A year or so back I would always have gone with the WD drives but the rest have caught up now. No mention of your warranty on the spec but if you have not the Silver for only a fiver is worth it, if only for peace of mind.

Thanks Stephen. Will definitely do the Silver warranty for a fiver. The WD drive thing is a bit of a habit. I've never had a WD fail but I have had problems with Seagate. Years ago, though. Also, a very good friend works for WD in California, so I'm worried he might never speak to me again if I abandon his brand. Which Mahler composition do you recommend for the afternoon session?

His third symphony, especially if you can find a one of the versions with either Christa Ludwig of Jessye Norman singing the mezzo role. It is my favourite symphony and often on when I am working, I know it so well it does not effect my concentration on work but up loud in cuts out any outside noise and disturbances.

I agree about WD they are great drives and until recently would not have touched a Seagate as an internal one, although I have several USB storage drives by them and they are great. I think what put me right off Seagate as an onboard drive was them pushing their Hybrid drives which I consider to be as useful a chocolate teapot, although not as nice to eat.
