Finance Application Not Completed

Hello, I just ordered a custom desktop and now it says "Finance application not completed" on my order status, i'm just wondering if I have to fill anything else, however it says awaiting Credit Check. Thanks in advance as I'm slightly confused. I also keep getting emails saying that the finance application not complete if any one is able to give me help that would be great.

I'm afraid these fora are not an official support channel and there will be nobody on here who can help you with your finance application. I'd suggest that you give PCS a call on Monday morning to see whether they can help (though PCS don't actually provide the finance).

As ubuysa has already mentioned, its best to contact PCS directly about this issue, probably Hitachi (finance providers) too, they may need further info from you as you mentioned.
