Surprise New Partition and TPM Trouble after win 10 Update

Regarding the TPM, as mentioned I suggest contacting us on our support lines and we would be happy to send over instructions.

To clarify, it does sound like you are seeing a bit of a weird glitch that has been arising with recent windows updates with some of the hidden volumes assigning themselves a drive letter. In order to remove this in diskpart I suggest doing the following:

Step 1. Right Click on the Start Menu, then select Windows PowerShell (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin)

Step 2. Type diskpart and press Enter.

Step 3. Type list volume and press Enter. Here you should know the number of the simple volume whose drive letter you want to remove.

Step 4. Type select volume # (number) and press Enter.
Here you can select the volume whose drive letter you want to assign, change, or remove.

Step 5. To remove the drive letter, type “remove letter=X” (where X is the letter we are looking to remove).
