Order collected but no invoice number.

Order collected but no tracking number.

I live in Cyprus and ordered a custom PC, however the status went straight from awaiting dispatch date to order collected and i have had no tracking number or email/text. Just curious as to what is going on/what that means.

Pre-Production Date 01-05-2018
Build Date 01-05-2018

I think that’s the date the courier collected it. If you want to confirm, you’d need to contact PCS directly, they don’t monitor these forums.

Due to your location, your system had to go via a different courier to our normal orders. I have checked on my end and I can see it is in transit to you currently and should be with you this week. If you contact our call centre they will be able to provide the tracking information to you directly.
