I want to be able to play on luxury settings on not just the above games which i am aware dont require all that much, but have a good chance of highest setting on new ones over the next year or so.

I want at least 2 4k Monitors.
I was looking at i9 liquid cooled. X299.

I am PC literate from playing games on the PC and being a network manage 15 years ago i am not up to speed on the latest tech nor do i know what is better 128GB of 3000MHz DD4 ram or 32GB of 3600MHz DDR4 ram which is why i need your help. Selecting the most expensive stuff on the site is one way but not always the best in my experience.

Appreciate any help provided with building the below is simply me randomly clicking things that look sexy.

Selecting the most expensive stuff on the site is one way but not always the best in my experience.
For gaming, it absolutely isn't, as the single best CPU you can get your hands on for gaming is the i7 8700k (on the Z370 chipset. See:
JSPqQENb5AWX7fZjTWzbuS-650-80.png
In short because games don't really use a lot of cores, and when they care about CPU performance, it's generally higher speeds and/or IPC. More cores don't seem to be more futureproof either. Most games show little in any difference, especially at 4k, between an old quad-core (4C/4T) i5 and i7 (4C/8T). An i7 8700k (6C/12T) should be more than fine for the future.

For RAM, there isn't any benefit to more than 16gb. The difference between 8gb and 16gb is currently tiny. By the time games are at a place where more than 16gb yields any benefit, it won't matter that you bought 32gb DDR4 because by then the rest of the system will be so obsolete as to be a bottleneck instead.

Ram frequency can help, so if this is a luxury build, faster RAM = better.

Monitor
ASUS VP28UQG 28" 4K GAMING MONITOR
2nd Monitor
ASUS VP28UQG 28" 4K GAMING MONITOR
These are not satisfactory for 4k gaming. You will want Gsync, as even the most powerful setups will experience occasional FPS drops in some titles at 4k. Gsync synchronises the monitor's refresh rate to the framerate from your Nvidia GPU, avoiding stutter and tearing. Those monitors have freesync, which doesn't work with Nvidia GPUs (only AMD ones).

You may want to source monitors from elsewhere as PCS's choices are a little limited in that department.

Graphics Card
12GB NVIDIA TITAN Xp STAR WARS JEDI ORDER - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce - GTX VR Ready!
2nd Graphics Card
12GB NVIDIA TITAN Xp STAR WARS JEDI ORDER - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce - GTX VR Ready!
The value of these versus a pair of 1080 tis is very highly questionable. It's also expected that new GPUs which will smash these will be out by September (some rumours say 30th July). Furthermore, not all games benefit the same from multi GPU setups. Some do not benefit at all, or perform worse than with a single GPU (you can disable SLI in the Nvidia Control Panel for these).

This isn't a criticism as such, just a set of info you should be aware of when spending thousands of £ on a PC :)
1st Hard Disk
4TB Samsung 860 EVO 2.5" SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 520MB/sW)
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB SAMSUNG 970 PRO M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 2700MB/W)
If spending this much on storage, I'd suggest a 2TB 970 Evo for the OS and favourite games, and an HDD for mass storage. You can swap games between drives with just a few mouse clicks in Steam too.

Monitor Cables
2 x 2m DisplayPort Adapter Cable - DP to HDMI
Just use DP on the monitor.

Sound Card
Asus Xonar DGX 5.1-Channel Gaming Audio Card
There's no point to this afaik. The motherboard has quite decent 7.1 audio already. If you want better sound, spend some of what you save on proper hi fi gear and a USB DAC.

If you want real luxury, you can check out the new Asus and Acer 4k 144hz HDR monitors. They are however over £2000 each and on max settings current gen GPU's will struggle to push 4k at those refresh rates.
