New PC Specialist desktop and latency issues

hi,

I got my new pc the other day but since using the new PC I'm having nothing but latency issues in all games I play and slow on internet browsing. on my old desktop I never had this issue as ive always been wired to the router but now nothing but lag and not being able to use my new pc.

could there be any setting issues or something causing this lag and high latency. I always sit around 20-30 in games but now above 800 24/7!

please help!!!

So are you using it wireless? Did you attach the external antenna?
