PC crashing when installing graphics driver, trying to find the cause & a fix

I think the GPU's model is Palit JetStream GTX780Ti 3072M GDDR5 384B DUAL-DVI HDMI DP (based off of one of the stickers on the card).

I don't think that has a super long warranty, sadly. I think it has 2 years only.
