Am I being daft? Graphics RAM not what it should be?

I had my new laptop delivered on Friday. and I hope I am being daft, as otherwise I have a major problem.
The spec ordered was:
Chassis & Display Octane Series: 15.6" Matte 4K IPS 60Hz 72% NTSC LED Widescreen (3840x2160) (No G-Sync)
Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™ i7 Six Core Processor i7-8700k (3.7GHz) 12MB Cache
Memory (RAM) 16GB Corsair 2400MHz SODIMM DDR4 (1 x 16GB)
Graphics Card NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 OC 1480 MHz - 6.0GB GDDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1
1st Hard Disk 2TB SEAGATE FIRECUDA 2.5" SSHD
Change to: 2TB Samsung 860 EVO 2.5" SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 520MB/sW)

But when I did a System check. The Graphics Card which is meant to have 6GB RAM, only shows 1GB RAM. I am unable to paste the screen shot, but it lists NVIDEA GeForce GTX 1060 Adaptor RAN (1,048,576) Bytes

I am assuming I should be seeing the ^Gb listed as the RAM on the card as (6,291,456) Bytes.

I am waiting for PCS to start at 9am when I will be calling them, but I must admit to this being on my mind all weekend having paid over £2000 for his laptop.

There is no such thing as a 1gb gtx 1060, only a 3gb or a 6gb which you should have. Windows isn’t the best at reporting on graphics memory.
