I'm looking to build a system based on advice from here:

Looking below - I think I'm happy with the Processor, Memory and Graphics card.
Can I have advice on
- Motherboard (No idea here)
- Fans and case cooling (I need a really quiet machine, but one that doesn't overheat!)
Appreciate any help - I've had a laptop and pc from here before, which have been excellent, so I'm happy to buy from here again - I just want to get the right thing without over-spec'ing.
