The most difficult thing I’ve had to do during my order with PC Specialist is understand how to attach the pictures of my new laptop. We’ve had the laptop for about 2 weeks now and it has been excellent and I wouldn’t expect any less as they have been 1st class from start to finish. I specÂ’d and ordered my Laptop online but I did have a need to speak with the help desk and even though it was 5 minutes before closing time in a Saturday night the guy couldnÂ’t have been more patient and helpful with my enquiries.
From the moment I then placed my order to when I received the laptop I was kept up to speed with every phase of the build and delivery. I couldn’t have asked for more. Especially as the laptop was for my son who would ask for an update regularly so it was with much relief that I was able to keep him up to speed.
I would have no hesitation in ordering my next laptop or PC from PC Soecialist and in fact I can’t see me ever going anywhere else if they keep up this level of service. Other online retailers take note. This is how it should be done.
