No WIFI being found / can’t connect to router

Hey this is pretty urgent for me - I need to be online to use this expensive computer. I’ve just received this machine but it’s not picking up any WiFi signals at all while other devices find multiple routers.

Any common driver issues or anything? Help would be appreciated.
