Is this a PC Specialist system or is it from Asus? (the OP says ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. FX504GD (U3E1))
Either way, contact the manufacturer and/or place you bought it from. You bought the system with a warranty, no point paying someone else to provide a service you already paid for when you bought the laptop.
