Would this spec run fine for gaming?

You could play games on it.
BUT.
It could probably be better, for the same budget!

It would help the forum members to know what games you want to play, what your budget is and what kind of monitor you want to use it with. Then we could maybe suggest some ways to improve on it.

like i was thinking of playing fortnite, csgo, pubg, etc.. and at the same time work with a few programs like blender or unreal engine

Depends on budget, so:

If budget is no problem and you want to get a fancy screen, then in order of priority I'd say:

Go for a better graphics card (very monitor dependent and new cards are expected soon)
Go for a SSD (preferably from the M.2 NVMe menu and 128Gb as a minimum, preferably 250+) for storing your operating system and most played games
Go for faster RAM (at least the 2666MHz)
Get a better/larger PSU (this is tough, the one you picked is fine, but the TXm series is better, quieter etc. and a larger PSU makes upgrades easier)
Get more storage (1TB runs out fast, but this is low priority as easy to add later)
Think about the overclocked menu (https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/intel-z370-overclocked/)

On the other hand, if your budget is really tight and you are using a standard HD monitor (e.g. 1080p, 60Hz) I'd suggest:

Going from 16 Gb slow RAM to 8GB fast (you can add more later)
Going down form the I7-8700 to the I5-8600K (and maybe overclock)

I have no clue about cases though - I can't even find the one you mention: PCS FUSION-RED 6018B on the menu (I must be being dense - I'll edit this if I find it!)

thank you and also would everything work fine if i get the i7 8700k, including the cpu fan?

Yeah - everything here works, as is - it won't immediately blow up or be incompatible!

However, the cooling could be an issue.

I've not got an I7-8700, but from what I read on these forums, the only issue is that the stock fans on the default coolers can be noisy, so picking almost any other cpu cooler makes sense. If you are getting the I8700K, to overclock though, I'd say:

1) PCS will do a modest overclock for a very modest price (about ten pounds), which is covered by the warranty (and if I forgot to say earlier, the silver warranty is a very good use of a fiver in any build).

2) If you are planning to overclock it (either by yourself or through PCS) then you probably need better cooling - e.g. a H80i or a Noctua, as a minimum. It also starts to matter a lot more what case you pick, and you should either seek out better advice than I can offer, or at least pay a lot of attention to the fans and airflow details of the case you pick. I've still not found the one in your build so I can't say how good/bad it is, but when I looked for it in the forums, I found posts with builds naming as you did, that defaulted to the cheapest possible case: 'PCS ENIGMA 6003B BLACK' on my browser.

Whether overclocking or not, I'd suggest a better one. There is an exceptionally good hardware adviser on the forums, called Oussebon, and he generally recommends a game max falcon case as a minimum, and if possible (certainly if overclocking) something better than that!

Generally, from people on the forum (and my techy IRL friends), I hear everyone advising that putting great components into a crappy case is a recipe for trouble; overheating, thermal throttling, loud fans desperately trying to get rid off the heat etc.

Finally, (I forgot to say earlier) if you game by Ethernet cable, rather than wifi (and for some of the fps games you list, I think cable is much, much better), you probably don't need the wifi card either.

What's the budget? It's not really possible to give sensible suggestions without knowing.
