Optimus Series 15.6" XMP profile access unlock?

Hi everyone,
I have PCS laptop
Optimus Series: 15.6"
Intel® Core™ i5 Quad Core Processor 7300HQ
8GB Corsair 2400MHz SODIMM DDR4 (1 x 8GB)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti

Recently installed a second RAM stick and noticed that RAM clock was automatically set to 2133 instead of 2400 that is supported by both sticks.
Obviously i can't access to XMP profiles via stock PCS Bios.
Is there a way to unlock access to XMP profiles?

Many thanks in advance.

I would suspect not, overclocking anything on a laptop impacts the cooling which is why they typically have locked-down BIOSes. Give PCS a call (don't email, phone them) and talk this through with them. :)

It's possible your 2nd stick doesn't play nice with the first, and so the RAM frequency and timings get set to what they both support.

Even if you bought a stick of the same frequency, and timings, and sometimes even same part number, you can find they aren't compatible at higher frequencies if they weren't bought as part of a matched kit.
