Optimus Series 15.6" XMP profile access unlock?

Hi everyone,
I have PCS laptop
Optimus Series: 15.6"
Intel® Core™ i5 Quad Core Processor 7300HQ
8GB Corsair 2400MHz SODIMM DDR4 (1 x 8GB)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti

Recently installed a second RAM stick and noticed that RAM clock was automatically set to 2133 instead of 2400 that is supported by both sticks.
Obviously i can't access to XMP profiles via stock PCS Bios.
Is there a way to unlock access to XMP profiles?

I would suspect not, overclocking anything on a laptop impacts the cooling which is why they typically have locked-down BIOSes. Give PCS a call (don't email, phone them) and talk this through with them.

It's possible your 2nd stick doesn't play nice with the first, and so the RAM frequency and timings get set to what they both support.

Even if you bought a stick of the same frequency, and timings, and sometimes even same part number, you can find they aren't compatible at higher frequencies if they weren't bought as part of a matched kit.
