Looking for advice to replace GPU (Budget)

Hi,

I'll admit I am a bit of a skinflint when it comes to PC's and my PC has been upgraded with so many bits and bobs of freebies etc over the years that it is barely the same one I bought lol.

I have recently moved house and I was using a GeForce 8600 GT DDR3 256Mb PCI-E GPU to support my two monitors which was working fine.

Now in my new house I have my TV close enough to my computer to connect it as a 3rd monitor for watching films.

Obviously with only 2 x DVI ports on my GPU I had 2 x ATI FirePro 2260's knocking about and decided to use 1 of them to support the TV, but it is really laggy and wouldnt perform.

I replaced the GeForce with another ATI FirePro so I now have 2 x Firepro's and it does work and plays the movie fine on the TV, but I feel like I am absolutely pushing the capability as if I move the mouse the rendering pauses briefly on the movie.

Currently my 2 x monitors are DVI (I have DisplayPort to DVI converters) and the TV is HDMI (Using a DisplayPort to HDMI converter)

I would love to improve the situation but at little cost.

Any suggestions would be really welcome, below is a CPU-Z Export of the PC Hardware for perusal if needed :)
