Can't find hard drive on windows 10. Using storemi..

Hi so I recently purchased a Ryzen 5 zen+ CPU so I could get the x470 motherboard for storemi... Since I had a 2tb mechanical drive that I had just wiped, well that's my excuse anyway.

Against my better judgement I accessed my android phone to what I can only conclude to be a virus of some sorts.

My computer screen turned blue with the usual resetting message, only for me to be prompted what language I would like. Then the repair screen came on where I could do nothing except access the CMD prompt screen.

Where I found drives C and X. Drive C appeared to be my windows 10 boot pen drive, and X was a 500mb dedicated boot I'm guessing... No sign of my mechanical drive or my SSD drive.

I tried CMD prompt again this time to type the following:
CLS
Disk part
List volume

I know -h shows hidden but I probably used it completely wrong.

I kind of suspect the hard drives have both failed... But hoping they aren't and if they are can they be fixed?

Sorry so long wanted to give as much information as possible.

(When I type "list disk" it's shows as disk 0)
Thank you very much!
