Take a look at this review build - https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/configure-review/267/ . It has multiple improvements (CPU, RAM, SSD, cooler, PSU) over the build you've posted and is cheaper, leaving you with more for peripherals.

However, as I'm sure some other regulars here will advise, it is likely worth waiting a couple weeks for the new Nvidia GPU benchmarks to come out as well as the new Intel CPUs because even if you decide not to buy them, there's a good chance they will push the prices of previous gen hardware down a bit, giving you more savings.
