We love you Ukraine
I would highly suggest cancelling the order... that processor is obsolete and outdone by the 6 core i7 8700k for a much lower cost.

The motherboard is extremely expensive with features for LN2 cooling which will never be used.

I would ditch the Optane module unless you have a specific requirement for it?

Basically if you change the processor you have to change the whole core build.

+1 to the above. Cancel the order.

This isn't at all the best performance or best value you could get. The i7 8700k is a better choice. Or if you didn't mind waiting a few weeks the forthcoming i9 9900k is coming out, should be a similar or lower price to the 7820x, with frequencies upto 5GHz and availability on a less expensive platform. And even if waiting is out of the question the 8700k is still better.

Tell us your budget (or what the above cost), and what monitor you are pairing this with and we can suggest something better

What monitor are you pairing this with? No point getting a 1080 ti for 1080p 60hz gaming. Or if you're gaming at 4k then the savings could let you go for a 2080 ti.

Much faster CPU, faster RAM, faster HDD, faster SSD, better quality PSU.
High end but a bit cheaper cooler (H100 is generously more than enough for this CPU)
No Optane. Personally I'd keep the 2nd M.2 SSD slot free for another NVMe SSD in the future.

32gb RAM is excessive for gaming, but I kept it in as you mentioned video editing where there might be some benefit depending on what you're doing. But if it's very casual and your only other use is gaming, stick to 16gb as Gaming won't benefit from more.

The 1080 ti is a waste for those screens.

With what you save you could buy yourself a 1440p 144hz Gsync screen like the Dell S2716DG (£450) and will let you actually enjoy the performance the 1080 ti and the rest of the system has to offer.
