I’m disappointed that the order I placed for a new PC 11 days ago is still not ready and the case is currently out of stock and I was left in the dark about this until I chased yesterday.
I don’t mind waiting but the fact none of this was mentioned when I placed the order (and I was charged the full amount) or more importantly, I was completely left in the dark as to why it’s taking this long is disappointing and not very reassuring in regards to the service. The PC wasn’t exactly cheap.
