pc will be used for gaming,streaming ,video editing etc on a 144hz monitor at 1080p my budget is 1950 pounds
i wasn't really sure on the motherboard but thats really the only thing


i was also thinking about getting a cheaper pc and saving some money )

I'd certainly hold off a few days - the reviews of the I7 9700k will be out soon and hopefully PCS will have overclocked version for sale shortly afterwards.

Also, if you are looking to save money, I think the 2080 might be overkill for 1080p. You could get a 1070 or maybe even a 1060 and be fine.

As above, wait for the reviews. Especially for your streaming uses, it's possible the R7 2700x may still hold the lead (as it does over the 8700k, more or less) for this.

A £2000 build without an SSD (a 256gb NVMe one) is a real shame

The RTX 2080 is a massive waste of money for 1080p 144hz. As above a 1070 or a GTX 1080 (aka RTX 2070) would be much more appropriate and save you a load of cash even with a nice SSD.

The H60 cooler is unlikely to be the best choice but let's wait for CPU reviews.
