Recoil ii 15.6" Battery life

Hey everyone, I just bought my Recoil ii and I just wanted to ask all my fellow Recoil and fellow PCS Laptop users on ways you guys/gals prolong your battery life on a single charge for general MS Word and browsing? Like, what should I have turned off and what should I have on? Any tips?

Look at the power option settings you use, but be aware that saving battery typically has performance implications...

Turn the screen off fairly soon when you walk away from the laptop

Sleep the laptop fairly soon after you walk away from the laptop

Set your wireless adapter to maximum power saving mode

Set your graphics processor(s) to maximum battery life

Set PCI Express link state power management to maximum power savings

Set the system cooling policy (in processor power management) to passive

In the multimedia settings...

Set when sharing media to allow the computer to sleep

Set video playback quality bias to power saving bias

Set when playing video to optimise power savings
