Should I buy with them specs?

No. Under no circumstances should you buy that.

You can do a lot better for that kind of money.

The i7 7740x is out of date and has been replaced by options that are better in almost every usage scenario. And the X299 platform is extremely expensive for what is ultimately a budget / mid-budget build.

Bear in mind there is a much easier and more convenient way to post specs - under the spec summary screen (which I think is what you screenshotted), scroll down and use the Post to Forum button. Then you can copy/paste the text. Saves us waiting for 30 seconds for the image to load on slow internet

What are you using it for?

Gaming? What monitor and what kinds of games? Anything other than gaming? Specific software?
Are you streaming gameplay to twitch/youtube etc?

None of us know what 30 - 35 pounds a month will buy, you'll need to work that out for yourself and specify a maximum budget that you can afford.

We'll also need to know what you plan to use the PC for, and if gaming then what games do you play?

Finance costs depend on your deposit. If you only have the minimum deposit of 1% then a PC of around £1200 will cost you £33.50/month (https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/finance-results/1200/) . A bigger deposit and you save a fair bit in interest. And does this include the screen, keyboard, mouse or just the PC?

You need to answer his questions before we can suggest anything.

This is the third time you've basically posted the same lazy "make me a PC" question.

How about actually taking the time to answer the questions the helpful folks here have already asked? What is the intended use? Do you need a keyboard, mouse and screen? You will get more useful information back by engaging properly.
