Edit: I made up the criteria above without giving much thought (it's Friday, I'm tired), just trying to eliminate scope for spammers etc to ask and keep it to the PCS community. But thinking about it quite a lot of people won't post for spec advice but will post reviews of their systems or ask for support with a new PCS gaming system.

So I've amended the criteria above for the last key.
