Coreboot and Qubes

Hi.

When will you release a laptop preconfigured with corebot and Qubes OS? All OS with Intel Minix is basically completely and utterly insecure since it is not open source.

Have any plan for this?

They only do windows installations, but you can install any OS you’d like.

You are talking about the built-in-to-the-chips Intel "OS"? (See https://itsfoss.com/fact-intel-minix-case/ for a reasonably objective description.)

I think there is no choice if you are going to go with an Intel CPU? And AMD CPUs have something similar.

Would flashing your bios with Coreboot ( https://doc.coreboot.org/ ) change that? (If so, search for people successfully installing Coreboot on Clevo hardware, as that is what PC Specialist are using.)
