Hello
Received my pc in quick order. I did my research on each part before ordering, so i saw that with gigabyte x470 ultra gaming board, only the top slot gives full speed and second slot is maxed at 1800-1600mb read write. So i was hoping pc specialist would know what they are doing, afteral they make loads of pc every week so they should know their boards and hardware they offer.
So i was scared that they would put it in the wrong slot and was thinking to contact them about it. But i put my trust in them thinking they look knowledgable and should know this, if i a total semi-noob could figure it out, they certainly should.
So after receiving my pc, doom hits, the samsung 970 nvme is put in the second slot, losing most of his speed by half. It makes no sense to put it in that slot unless u buy a **** nvme that has around the capped speed. from 3500mb 2500mb read write.
What i want to know why the hell isnt your employee instructed to put it in the right slot, why dont i have the option to select which slot the nvme is put in during the order process. Why do u call yourself pcspecialist when u cant be trusted to put a simple ssd in the slot that gives it its speed!!! Did the employee make a mistake or does pcspecialist does not take any care on this subject. Offcourse most people wont notice this unless they know about it or tested the samung software for speed check.
Overall im still happy with the quality of the pc, but lesson learned, never put your trust into any person or company. The only mistake to be made putting the pc together was using the wrong slot and they managed it. Everything else is a nobrainer if u connect the right cords.
So yes fix this issue for future customers, because im sure alot of your customers probably have their nvme in wrong slots, its still works fine, but waste of money buying a higher end nvme. Basicly no excuse to make a mistake this stupid sadly, shame..shame.shame
Greetings
