Windows 10 question please.

Hello.
Can anyone please confirm if Windows 10 is available as a stand alone operating system, either on a CD or a stick, which can be
loaded directly onto a raw hard drive? I am aware that a key would be required.

You can download full versions of Windows direct from the Microsoft site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

Which you can then install wherever you want.

Could you please confirm, if I download a full version onto a CD disc/usb stick, will I then be able to load from the disk/stick onto
a raw hard drive?

You make a bootable USB, and can install it onto any hard drive in the PC - whether it's blank or it had stuff on it before.
